My journey into this field began with my own father, who battled motor neuron disease. As a family, we faced the daunting challenge of navigating care systems and funding options while striving to provide him with the comfort and dignity of being cared for at home. It was during those challenging times that I saw firsthand how transformative excellent, compassionate care in a familiar environment can be.

My professional path took me through roles in care homes, nursing facilities, and hospitals, where I witnessed the profound difference that staying at home can make in a person’s quality of life. These experiences ignited a passion within me to become an advocate for families facing similar challenges and to help others achieve the best possible care for their loved ones at home.

That’s why I founded Home Complex Care Management. Our mission is to simplify the process for families, secure Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding, and ensure every client receives exceptional care tailored to their unique needs—all within the comfort of their own home.
